By the Missouri Constitution our state has to balance its budget otherwise we would be in debt, not because we don't tax enough, but because we spend too much. Missouri hasn't had an income tax cut in over 90 years. I support current legislation that will reduce income tax levels, and spur our economy by allowing Missourians to keep more of their money.
